國立宜蘭大學機械與機電工程學系徵聘「專任教師」公告
一、徵聘職級:專任助理教授(含)以上教師1 名。
二、資格條件:
(一)獲國內外大學機械相關領域博士學位,並具有智慧機械製造與設計相關領域。
(二)具英語授課能力。
(三)具產學合作或執行計畫(研究)等經驗尤佳。
三、工作內容:
(一)教學:教授智慧機械製造與設計相關課程及本系其他相關課程,並配合EMI(全英語教學)課程需要。
(二)研究與服務。
(三)新聘教師須配合本系課程授課,並應協助學院特色人才培育相關教研工作。
(四)協助本校行政業務及其他事項(如大學社會責任或永續發展)。
四、應徵資料:
(一)必繳資料
1.簡歷(含個人履歷、著作目錄、研究方向、可教授課程與中英文課程綱要說明)。
2.學歷證件影本。
3.重要著作影本(抽印本)或已出版具公信力資料庫論文(請加註第一作者或通訊作者)。
4.具英文授課能力,請提供相關佐證資料或說明。
5.推薦函二封。
6.擬任(現職)人員在中國大陸設有戶籍、領用中國大陸護照、身分證、定居證或居住證情形具結書。
(二)選繳資料(無則免附)
1.教師證書影本。
2.現職聘書影本。
3.曾執行過計畫(例:國科會等)或產學合作相關文件。
4.其他有利評審文件。

七、備註:
(一)應徵經初審資格符合者,由用人單位擇優通知到校參加面試及中英語試教;若應徵者未具有大專合格教師證書,經初審、面試通過,先送外審通過後,方得提報本校教師評審委員會,經錄取者專函通知。
(二)資料不齊或資格不符者,不予受理(書面資料不退還)。
(三)新進教師獎勵措施:新進教師每學期得申請減授鐘點3 小時,到校三年內獲政府機構研究型計畫補助者,每案最高額外補助50%經費。

Recruitment Announcement for Full-time Faculty Position
Department of Mechanical and Electromechanical Engineering, National Ilan University
1. Position Level
One (1) full-time faculty member at the rank of Assistant Professor or above.
2. Qualifications
-
Education: Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or related fields from a domestic or foreign university, with a specialization in Smart Machinery Manufacturing and Design.

Language: Ability to conduct courses in English.

Preferred Experience: Experience in industry-academic collaboration or executing research projects is highly preferred.
3. Job Responsibilities
-
Teaching: Instruct courses related to Smart Machinery Manufacturing and Design, along with other departmental courses. Must comply with EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) requirements.

Research and Service: Conduct academic research and fulfill departmental/university service duties.

Departmental Support: Support curriculum development and assist the College in specialized talent cultivation and research initiatives.

Administrative Support: Assist with university administrative tasks and other matters (e.g., University Social Responsibility (USR) or Sustainable Development).

Curriculum Vitae: Including personal resume, list of publications, research interests, proposed courses, and course syllabi in both Chinese and English.

Photocopy of Diplomas: Doctoral degree certificate.

Significant Publications: Photocopies of major works (reprints) or papers from reputable databases (please indicate if you are the First or Corresponding Author).

Evidence of English Proficiency: Supporting documents or statements regarding the ability to teach in English.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview and a teaching demonstration (in both Chinese and English). Candidates without a teaching certificate must pass an external review before the final recommendation to the University Faculty Evaluation Committee.

Incentives for New Faculty:

New faculty may apply for a 3-hour reduction in teaching load per semester.

Those who receive government research grants within their first three years may receive an additional subsidy of up to 50% of the project funding.
